Chesterfield Fire & Rescue is an all volunteer fire department located in Western North Carolina, Northeast of Burke County, near the Caldwell County line. We have approximately twenty members and are always looking for those who have an interest in volunteering their services. We protect and serve a population of twenty-five hundred people living in an area of twenty-five square miles. We proudly maintain and operate one station that protects a primarily residential area. Our members respond to emergencies including, all types of fires, medical emergency response, light extractions, and hazardous materials. We take great pride in the work that we do for our community.
